When attempting a new procedure or working with new technologies there is always the challenge of the associated learning curve. The M.O.R.E. Institute has created a comprehensive Education Program to support you through this learning curve. With extensive experience delivering surgical education and a variety of opportunities available, the M.O.R.E. program can be tailored to suit the surgeon. Surgeons are supported by Experts practitioners for the first cases using the Medacta Shoulder System through our proctorship program.
The Medacta Shoulder System is a modular solution that features a broad range of options, including wide-ranging sizes, adjustable offset, innovative configurations supported by MyShoulder, and a 3D preoperative planning solution for patient-specific humeral and glenoid guides.
THE REFERENCE CENTER
Available in several countries worldwide you will have the opportunity to visit a Reference Center and attend live surgeries.
THE M.O.R.E. SYMPOSIA AND M.O.R.E. LEARNING CENTERS
The M.O.R.E. Institute offers you the opportunity to attend hands-on wetlabs, live surgeries, meet experienced surgeons and discuss the clinical, technical and economic aspects of the Medacta Shoulder System.
Upon request you will receive the support of an experienced Reference Surgeon to assist with your first surgeries in your own hospital.
You can continue your education through M.O.R.E. meetings and international events, Reference Center visits and other educational tools.
The M.O.R.E. Institute promotes highly focused Regional, National and International Courses and Symposia on specific orthopaedic topics where the surgeon has the opportunity to share his knowledge with other Experts. The above steps help you to avoid early complications, minimise your learning curve and offer valuable knowledge and support to assist you throughout your journey.
